This is a fun question. I don't know but my guess is wearing layers in the heat? My summer wardrobe often looks more like a spring or fall one to others because I rarely wear an outfit that leaves me with exposed skin (ie shorts, short sleeves) for very long. My summer wardrobe always has scarves, cardigans, and other layering items for warmth. I run cold so layers are a must for me.

My wardrobe superpower is to always be photographed wearing the same anorak no matter what outfit I put on in the morning,no matter that I have many coats in my wardrobe ,when the photos come out there I am in the same anorak.I guess it's like a cloak of invisibility,only visible!(or maybe it's got something to do with the Welsh weather)

Joy... I was given a magnetic decorated clothes pin that will stick to the leg of my desk last Christmas... immediately put to use as a necklace hanger, lol! Admittedly, I have a tendency to knock it off...

I can put on that one out-there thing in the shop that nobody else would think of wearing and everyone will go "OH IT'S SO YOU!!!!". Complete strangers will then urge me to buy it.

No kidding, this happens alarmingly often. The converse of this is that I look like an imposter in regular clothing.

Approprio, I've had that experience too. When I was thinner, SAs would bring me things and say something like "we got this in recently and can't figure out what it's supposed to look like. It just isn't right on anyone. Would you mind putting it on?" And then they'd call all the other employees over to look and paw at hems, pleats, etc and give me things to try with it. Never with pressure to buy, just "Now we get it--thank you".

I used to think my superpower was the ability to morph into any style, but I'm starting to think it's more of an ability to suck all. the. things into my hyper-absorbent wardrobe. Must find a way to use The Force for good!

My wardrobe has wearable pieces of clothing that were mine from every decade I have lived starting with the sixties. And it looks in great shape!

I need to find something of mine from the fifties and my collection will be complete.

It is an acquired super power and take some forethought but I think it is a super power nevertheless.

Mine is the ability to switch out an item at the last minute and still maintain a look to the outfit that I am happy with. Just this last weekend I had to switch out my black pumps as since their last wear over a year ago, they grew. They started slipping on my heels as is the case these days with a lot of my shoes. So I wore booties with a dress, and was very happy with the look. Other than having to change the footwear, I frequently have to switch out tops and toppers because of weather changes.

Hmmm. I don’t know. Mine would have to be shopping related. Ability to find jackets anywhere? Even if I’m shopping for deodorant.

I am really good at picking through random items and zeroing in on items that are perfect for my shopping companions. That always makes me happy.

My superpower is to spend far too much time altering an item (yes I took apart a pair of embroided jeans that was 2+ sizes too big) rather than just finding a good tailor. Even at minimum wage it did not have a positive payoff. Although now the calves are actually boyfriend on me as opposed super-skinny.

And this is not the first time.

I have two: The ability to find sleeveless black turtlenecks anywhere even when said item is buried two feet under a pile of sale merchandise. I'm like a bloodhood with a singular skill set. And the ability to eat in public wearing dramatic sleeves—big bells, ties, tons of drape—without dipping them into my food or sweeping wine glasses off the table. Very useful that one.

The first is entropy in travel. It was pointed out to me by a friend who watched me trash a perfectly packed suitcase looking for something several days in a row.

The second is that grey sweaters call my name and I am immediately drawn to them and want to adopt them.

Not sure if it's a superpower or a curse, but if I manage to wear something and NOT get a spill or stain on it the first wearing, it will last forever. But I am sometimes cursed with a bad stain on its very first outing.

Maybe ability to find exactly the item I wanted (brand, size, everything) at a second hand store.

I so miss the brief superpower of walking into a boutique and always having the staff ask about my outfit. That only lasted a year or so but it was so validating, compared to the experience so many of us had when younger of always feeling out of place.

Maybe I also should have put down my ability to transform all the vast quantities of what’s available out there into red-and-blue plaid and puff sleeves.

...I have more jewelry and head bands and also a drum on the window slats. The plant stand has purses and coats and leashes and also a flashlight. The plant stand also doubles as a vanity: brush, comb, makeup, and earring backs!

Yes, let this be a decorating inspiration for you too!

Oh wait! I know y’all will like this one: I turned a car cellphone holder into a hat stand...

Fun! Mine is to fold all my underwear, socks, tights, bras, tees etc neatly, Kon Marie style, and put it in the right place in my drawers. And to always(!) know where my glasses are. I'm in total foggy land without lenses or glasses (can see clearly max 2 cm from my eyes).
