eh eh very funny..I was thinking I'm an addict to.. sometimes when I buy something new I feel an urge to rush back home, take photos and share with you.

Too hilarious!

My addiction is brought home to me every morning as I walk out the door to go to work. I mentally review the outfit I just put on and think to myself "would i want Angie to see me in this?" Lately the mental review has reminded me how many of my current wardrobe favourites are a direct result of Ylf. Addictions, Hurrah!

.. I ask my husband to take pictures of me in my various outfits all the time!
The first thing I look for in another woman's outfit is PPL
I use YLF, PPL, Bob's your uncle, cuppa, and squiz now as part of my regular vocabulary - the last 3 come in really hand with my British clients who are very impressed when I don't bat an eyelid.
I scope out clothes for the rest of you - Maya would look great in that, that skirt is so Kyle, and so on ....

..... and I"m on the forum when I have 60 mins of work to be squeezed into 30 right now and it definitely means I can't take a shower for another 3 hours.

1) This is always the first place i come whenever i log onto the computer,
2) Standing in a changing room looking in the mirror my first thought is always what would Angie say?
3) I rarely keep clothes without YLF approval
4) I use the term PPL (i'm british so to me they are trousers so i should say PTL) x

How do I know I'm an YLF addict? I'm guilty of most of the things mentioned above.
I don't like to leave the house in the morning until I've seen Angie's newest blog post.
I can't pass the hosiery display in a store without checking for microfishnets.
I'm guilty of eyeing other women's outfits everywhere I go, even church.

I always find myself taking mental tallies while waiting for the train. For example, I am always counting the number of women wearing their pants at PPL vs. those that aren't. One time a friend of mine was running late and I had to find a way to kill time without draining my phone batteries, so I took a heel height survey in my notebook. Flats were most popular, unfortunately followed by gear-like shoes, then low heels (1-2"). Heels of 3" or more came last.

This is probably more indicative of OCD than YLF addiction though...

Oh gosh, I'm so glad I'm not alone in this in so many ways... It's actually a lot of fun to so intimately know YLF-ers' style that I think of certain forum members when I see particular items. YLF is always one of the top websites visited in my browser, only topped by the website I access to check my email. Even when I wasn't posting much, the only time since February last year that I *didn't* check YouLookFab regularly was when I was on vacation without a computer. As a bus commuter, I'm considering adding mobile web to my phone (I've never had this before) so I can get my morning YLF fix on the bus instead of hoping that I'll be able to check for Angie's post on my lunch hour. And I keep wishing I could covertly post pictures of friends and family members for your advice on what I could encourage them to wear, except that I feel that would be very intrusive to do without their permission.
