* You check YLF first thing in the morning on the east coast, all the while calculating the time difference in Seattle and wondering when Angie gets up in the morning.
* Intentionally logging out of YLF but still lurking so that no one can tell how much time you really spend on YLF!
Hehe, I can relate to a lot of what was mentioned, especially finding pieces that would look good on other YLFers. I get excited thinking "Sarah would really like this", but then I feel silly because I can't explain it to anyone
Hilarious. All of you. Sort of tickles my toes though.
MPJ and Louise, I get up at 6.15am and try to get to sleep by midnight. The morning blog post usually goes out somewhere between 7 and 8.30am Seattle time. The afternoon blog post is anyone's guess.
You and I are sleep twins Angie. I'm a night owl and I loathe going to bed early. I'd rather be sleep deprived. That is the ONE upside to being unemployed: setting my own hours. I find it very hard to adjust now.
On the way to work while I'm on the train, I check YLF for updates. This is around 8:00. Then I remember it's 5:00 in Seattle and wait patiently with the refresh button within reach!
I'm bumping this because I thought of a new one last night:
You have YLF dreams!
I had a dream last night where I invited Angie, Greg, and a bunch of YLF people to a restaurant for dinner, only to find out my dad was at the same restaurant. I had to scramble to explain to everyone that my dad is very old school and doesn't approve of this whole meeting strangers on the internet thing, so I had to come up with an excuse to give him and force everyone to lie for me about how we met! It was awful!
Also, Greg was playing around on my laptop, which I have no idea why I brought with me.
Well for what it's worth, I *do* appreciate the thought. But not while you are driving! I'd hate for you to get into an accident over me and my incompetence at cooking.
I had a long shot of monotonous freeway, so my mind can wander. My mind wanders a lot while I'm driving- but I'm still paying attention to the road. I'm an excellent multi-tasker
