I really need to post some K/Rs but I keep procrastinating. But inspired by Angie's recent post, here are two of my recent WIW looks with bermuda length shorts. I thrifted the green shoes nwt for less than $2, but they hurt my toes on first wear, so I am not sure I will be keeping them. Those two characters in number 3 are my twin daughters - I think they are pretty snappy dressers but I might be biased! (I thrifted the red jacket.) Thanks for any comments about what works and doesn't work.

WOW! I just love the cool boyish vibe of #1 with the dainty girly flat shoes. I adore those cropped pants/shorts/clams/bermudas - whatever we call them these days! That look is a 10 to my eye. Love!!

#2 is great too. The dark shoes bookend your dark hair superbly well. Funky.

And do tell your beautiful daughters that they have KILLER style

Thanks everyone. My girls are glowing with the praise! I think the green shoes are great looking too. They are Kickers, a British brand that is supposed to be comfortable, and they are a great green color. I will give them one more try with bandages on my feet to see if they can be saved. Anyhow, you have made the three of us smile!

Oh my goodness! Your twins are so adorable (and they look a little rambunctious too, am I right?) with their colorful style. I have a whole new appreciation for you, Shevia!
I love your effortless looking style. The minty shoes are so cool for spring, especially with the ankle strap! Have you tried Shannon's potato trick? Choose a potato that's a little bigger than your foot and wedge it into the shoe overnight to stretch it. Good luck!

You are wearing a very perfect, flattering shorts length for your legs. So these are great looking casual outfits. Did the shorts lengths happen by accident or was it conscious to wear things this length? (When I am out and about, this is a big mistake I see on others -- not wearing the right shorts and pants lengths to flatter their legs.)

Thanks everyone! My girls are quite a handful, particularly one of them who has more energy than the rest of the household combined. The funny thing is they have very different taste. One loves shiny and sparkly, the other goes for more plain and simple and is obsessed about fit. Anyway, pardon me for indulging in my fascination with them.

Cocolion - a few years ago I thrifted a pair of gap capris, which I had shortened, and from then on I stuck to that length because I saw it worked for me and also is a great compromise between my sense of modesty and my need not to overheat.
