I was feeling a little safari but can't seem to decide if belts really go with this dress. Also, as my shape continues to change, it highlights my high hip more than ever. Maybe no one else notices? One can hope! Another question is whether the cropped jacket ending above the belts is an issue? So, which one?

dress with no belt
shorts with low slung wide canvas belt

jacket or no jacket?

I head out in about an hour. Weather will be 80 down to 70 with nightfall. (I am, of course, walking, so the flat sandals are non negotiable, especially after running this morning!) Thanks!
