I think it’s the in-between weather but I have been feeling kind of uninspired. Still:

1. The tie-dye shirt is the “recently thrifted.” Meh. This was fine for a day I basically went to the office to be alone.

2. Thrifted dress that I am pretty sure was intended to be worn in like a loose pinafore situation. That isn’t my style but the steampunky skirt really spoke to me, so I snapped it up to wear in various other layered ways (it is sleeveless with excessively large arm holes, so needs something under and/or over). It is kind of giving “Victorian swimming costume” but I’m entirely okay with that.

3. Thrifted this super lightweight cotton dress and Cariuma sneakers not thinking to wear them together, but I love them together! It was warm enough to dress this way for exactly one day, lol.

4. Found I could juuuust zip this old dress (the print is commuters on the subway) and wore it to take my brother out for birthday brunch and fiddle music. I know this isn’t really everyone’s (or anyone’s?) aesthetic in this forum but it got many compliments from strangers. I had just bought the necklace at an artist studio event because the artist’s little boy advised me that it went with my outfit! (Not the same outfit.)

5. Kind of a fail (or is it??) but the dogs who came to the office didn’t mind. I keep throwing things at the gray maxi skirt that is so convenient for not warm, not cold days.

6. Wearing today … after I put on something entirely different, went outside, decided it was inappropriate to the weather, and ran back in to change as fast as possible.
