I'm liking how you changed the look of the pants to more of a skirt. How versatile. I'm also impressed by the self made clutch, I'm guessing it's a fairly stiff fabric, or did you interface for structure? I would love to make something similar myself. Love the evening version of your outfit too. The shoes add the perfect dressy look.

Marcy Tilton should take lessons from you! Love your arty ensemble and the way you completely own it!

Thanks alll!

Diane, I used Soft and Stable in the lower part of the bag, and a stiff interfacing in the flap. Matelasse (not too stiff, but it is a double-layered fabric) for the outer bag and quilting cotton for the lining. It was such an easy project. I serged across one edge, folded it up, and then serged around the "U" of the whole bag, using decorative thread in the loopers. (I did attach a sectioned pocket to the inside and installed a magnetic snap before sewing it up.)

BethAnn, you are too much! Marcy is such an inspiration.

Wow, two great outfits! I love how you can change the silhouette of the pants to look so different.

Brilliant!
