WIW...you like wearing boys clothes

At work...a student gave me thumbs up and said "you like wearing boys clothes eh" lol. However, I wonder if my outfit is looking confused with sneakers and cargos with formal blazer. Feedback always welcome...

This is great. The black sneakers are just right with the blazer. The outfit does have a bit of tomboy to it ... but I note no boys wear tomboy, lol.

YFL....and no, i dont think there is anything confused about wearing cargo's and a formal blazer, but i do think it looks so much better with the blazer open. you might try cuffing or rolling the pants,

I like wearing boys clothes, too.
Not a fan of the slip-on sneakers but that's just my personal preference, I don't think there's anything wrong with them.
Love the blazer with cargo and dark knit.

The blazer does a great job of dressing up the cargos and sneakers a bit. I like that jacket worn open best. The black and olive with a tiny bit of white is a wonderful color combination.

I like the juxtaposition of formal blazer with casual cargos. I am with Ledonna -- call it gender neutral! Yes, it's "boyish" (in a stereotypical way) but so what?

Thanks everyone. Yeah Rachy Boys dont do tomboyish. Actually I think she approved.
Helen I found out later that she had been told she could pick them. I had been away with a sick child for a day so it was a great way to be welcomed back.
Kkards and Joy, interesting that you think I should leave blazer open. I have this compulsion to button it up. I will think about this next time I get dressed. There is elastic on the bottom of the cargos so dont know if I could roll them or cuff them up.
Thanks for the compliment on the makeup Angie. I wear makeup when I go to work or somewhere special but not in the weekend etc. This was taken at the end of the day so I"m pleased it was still evident.

I think you look terrific. I love the items you picked to go together.
This is a personal thing - I'm not keen on the shoes/bare legs thing with a blazer, but then I don't know what on earth you'd pair the combat pants with instead so this is not a terribly constructive comment
