I am continuing my mini challenge to wear this formula for a week, with four outfits worn Saturday through Monday. Three out of the four are out-and-about outfits running various errands, all built around printed tops. The fourth is a pastel WFH outfit.
The first outfit (#1-#3) is my interpretation of 4th look from the post, built around a dark shimmery knit black top with large flowers that have some purple and green in them (closeup in #3). The top is too fitted for my taste these days so I only wear it under a topper. It was combined with eggplant leather moto, dark wash wide crop jeans, black combat booties, black studded cross-body and purple watch.
The second outfit (#4-#5) was built around merino sweater that has multiple shades of purple, some olive and black. It was combined with wide olive crops, tall black boots, a fun reversible faux leather/faux fur puffer, same black bag, purple watch and purple beret.
The third outfit (#6-#8) is my interpretation of 2nd look from the post, built around a romantic black silk blouse with purple and teal flowers (closeup in #8). The top was combined with relaxed cuffed black jeans. Teal coat was used to pick up the teal from the print, and purple booties and bag to pick up the purple. It was finished with black faux leather beret and gunmetal studded watch, for a bit of an edge.
The final, fourth outfit was for WFH yesterday. My apologies for the wrinkles, I took the photo later in the day after sitting for a bit. It is a pastel edition of the formula, combining mint cashmere tee, lavender wide leg wool pants, shorter cream knit shacket and white slip-on sneakers.
Thank you for looking and all the input is welcome.
