Today I wore my purchase from the Boston meetup, which was Angie-approved! I was on the lookout for some drapey pants, since I am so tired of wearing skintight skinnies all the time. I found this Theory pair of silk pants and a polyester pair by Vince Camuto that was much cheaper. Of course, the more expensive/harder to launder pair looked much better on me. Angie agreed, and suggested tucking or semi-tucking into these pants. The length on these pants is great on me, even though I think they're supposed to be cropped. I wore them with dark purple booties (not shown here) and the JCrew tippi sweater (another YLF recommendation!) tucked in, but blouson-ed a bit for balance.
The Boston meetup was so much fun! I hope we can do it again sometime. Off to Suz' post to post lessons learned.
