Travelled to Toronto (10 hr. drive South) through some rather horrible rainy conditions, but arrived safely in the end. Participated in my third sprint distance triathlon of the season, and got my best time of the year, second best time ever. So very humid, so you must forgive the very bad hair. Also, please forgive the questionable footwear ( flip flops) on day 3 as my feet were quite beat up after the race.
Tried to dress fashionably casual for hot and humid weather. The blue checked shorts are older, bought as 'resort wear' for a first time ever winter vacation in an exotic warm locale, and often at the bottom of the drawer and forgotten. They are about 6 years old. Thought I'd try to rescue these closet orphans.
#1 travel day
#2 in Toronto, race orientation and course recon, visiting a bicycle store for gear
#3 after the race, shopping at the Eaton Centre
#4 the drive home
#5 new race bling
