After 3 days of heavy duty gardening, I took Sunday as a day of rest! It was supposed to rain, but it never did. Blue skies and HOT! Inspired by Roxana, and her dressed-up barbecue dress look, I donned my favourite summer dress, a hat, and a bucketload of sunscreen for an urban ramble with DH.
Hat - Columbia/Sail
Cross body bag - Danier
Red sneakers - Converse (put through wash after gardening, and fresh new inserts - aaah!)
#2+3 a pretty front yard garden near our home. The owners mix veg with their flowers and keep chickens in the back yard!
#4+5 a gratitude chain strung between two trees in front of a church. Normally there are lots of people about, since this church has a soup kitchen. Very quiet these day.
