Living dangerously today! Since the route from my door to car, and the parking lot at work are clear of snow, I decided to wear shoes instead of boots! Also, it is lighter outside, and my photographer was home.
The coat is out of some weird carpet bag material that is woven, but resembles a reptile's scales. Got it at deep discount last year at a summer clearance sale. I love the asymmetrical close, funnel neck, and princely seaming. Been wearing it to death this winter.
The skirt is a favourite worn with a tried and true cotton/nylon sweater and my comfy pointy toe flats.
