Had a great day yesterday with my sister and girlfriends doing a little cross border shopping. "Spotted" this scarf and beige coloured cord pants in Target...and for the price thought these had potential. Picked up pointy toe leopard flats from BR and I was on a roll..without a lot of financial damage.
Having fun playing in my closet with the items - what do you think of the combo posted? Feels really comfortable and "me" - is it too monotone?
Thoughts/comments always appreciated!

I love your spotted scarf and shoes. You are playing the Angie complement game! The outfit works really well, and I actually like you in these colours. On my monitor, at least, they seem to complement some tones in your hair. So even if they are not technically your "best" they work.

The jacket does look as if it is pretty big now, or perhaps the cuts have changed somewhat. But this looks like one you could layer UNDER, right? Which has its uses, for sure!

Suz - thank you! And you are right about the hair tone - I think I was channeling Angies post when I was considering the purchase. And good point about the ability to layer under this jacket - I think it can still live on while I continue the quest for the PLJ.

I like your leather jacket, nothing dated or stretched looking to me. Maybe you will have better luck finding a new one than I (making a sad face, filled with retail self-pity).

That is a total success. The rate you are going, you might even convert me to leopard print, although my husband would be a harder sell... ;o)
