Last days of summer sunshine and warmth (the days are already getting shorter, and cooler up here in the 'near north') and inspired by Angie's blog on the suit, I decided to wear my 'almost' suit of purple velvet jacket and purple cropped cords. Then tried a jean jacket ( blazer style) and the new leather jacket.

I was horrified when I studied the pics to see the wear pattern at the knee on the right side. This is an occupational hazard from my work station that I can't seem to avoid no matter the ergonomic fixes put in.

Well, no regrets in the long run, since they got lots and lots of wear. Culled the cobalt crops and brown skinnies, since they were showing hard wear as well.

Thanks for looking. *sigh* I will miss these pants.
