Thirkellgirl, Sally, Chirico, Firecracker (I was trying to live up to your name!) -- Thank you! The ring is an old favorite and the earrings will soon be set into "normal clothes" rotation -- didn't want to lose one before the event!

Chris -- Thank you; yes, it looked like a lot of people were having a lot of fun etc. It's wonderful to have so many older family friends/relatives still around and survivors of major health challenges.
