This year I have been making visits every 2 months to check on my mother(80) and her dear husband (93) due to changes in health and cognitive abilities. We 'kids' are trying to support them in their goal to stay in their own home ( condo). They are getting great help - we all have an area of expertise - and share the work part, so that there is also time for fun stuff. I can't say enough about my younger sister and her husband, who live in the same city and bring them gorgeous meals and ferry them about their appointments.
It is hot and sunny, for the drive and I am expecting nice weather during my stay. Packed a capsule of white, blush, and (French?) blue. Below is the outfit worn enroute. The pashmina is for any AC I might encounter.
