I kind of love this jacket, and kind of hate it at the same time! After 30 years of jacket wearing for work, I suddenly developed a toxic dislike of the style and purged them from my closet. After a short fling with cardis, I settled on jean jacket styling as my topper/3rd piece. But, somehow this one, lone jacket found its way into my possession.

It spent most of winter draped over my chair at work. After I brought it home, we had a cold spell so I thought I would try to style it purposefully.

#1 I thought the striped shirt would be a good match with its cognac, wine, orange, and black stripes, but it looks kind of washed out in pics. I believe the black skinnies are shrinking in length and starting to bag at the waist.

#2 the shirt collar on the jean shirt works better than t-shirts IMHO.

#3 the white pants worked with the wine top before, but I think the outfit was better with white sandals for a summer look. Maybe below the knee riding boots would be a better way to style this look with the jacket.

Not sure if I should keep or donate the jacket. It is soft and warm and fits my shoulders, but the colours (brown, cognac, and grey) are kind of meh...and I'm wondering if it is short?

Style advice, suggestions welcomed.
