The weather has been so nice and warm these days! I'm transitioning slowly...the sandals are coming out...

What I wore yesterday:

Olive cotton/linen slouchy/elasticized pants - Gap Factory
Striped cotton sweater - BR Factory
nude sandals - BCBG

I haven't worn these pants much since they bag out like crazy and i get a funny bubble butt by the end of the day, but they are nice and cool. I stripped off the sweater and worked around the house in a white tank with the baggy pants.

What I wore today:
William Rast jeans
White Pleione shirt
BC HardToTell sandals - new!
Purse - Enoki Paris

What I changed into for school pickup and activities drop off - because it's getting hot:
Bright coral shorts/crops - RipCurl
Purse - Enoki Paris
The purse seems to be hiking the shirt up. This happens to me a lot, especially since I have such a long torso. Bugs me but what can I do. Longer tops I suppose.

adore that first outfit with the slouchy olive pants and the BR striped sweater - the nude sandals clinch it!! that said all 3 of those looks are great on you!! Break out the sandals - WOOOT!!

Regular GAP had a great pair of linen pants last summer. I'm anxiously awaiting their return for this summer, I will be stocking up. I love linen for the summer.

Love them! For some reason, outfit 1 is my favourite on you even though I'm more aesthetically inclined to like outfit 2 (long over lean... Duh!). You make slouchy outfits look graceful!

Oh I am glad to see you changed from outfit #2 to #3, it's just too nice out for jeans! Take advantage, I was going to say All good easy-breezy outfits, perfect for the lovely weather. I'm especially fond of #1. Great sandals!

I feel relaxed just looking at you. Casual simplicity at its best, just beautiful. The outfits are very coherent. I feel very drawn to the second one especially, it's hard to beat jeans and white top.

Stripes always make me think of parisian chic, and #1 is a great example of that style. I adore those lighter colored sandals. It is not easy to find a neutral that works on one's skin tone, those are a great find.

#2 is lovely but if those jeans give bubble butt it may be time to pass them on or downgrade them to gear use.

#3 is a great summer color for the shorts. Have you tried tunic length tops? Those usually are abundant in spring/summer collections and may give you that added length for the top that you need. I have the opposite issue, I adore the look of tunics, but I'm short and they make me look even shorter!

All three of these are fabulous casual outfits!

That first one with the olive striped tops looks like you should be a model for a Vince ad, or some cool brand like that.
MOTG style never looked so good!

Oh Jackie, I just love your style! You look so great in all of these outfits. Those shorts/crops are so cute. I'm eyeing some slim bermudas right now, and it's warming up outside so it's probably the right time.

I tried the Hard-to-Tells. Hmmm. Was unsure so I sent them back, but you are making me rethink that decision. They are perhaps more versatile than I thought. They look great in 2 and 3.
