April is not a warm month where I live, and forecast temps for the next two weeks are single digits (Celsius). DH and I are keeping ourselves amused with indoor chores, and crossing off tasks from a long list we made when we moved to our present home 6 years ago!
The jeans that survived the last painting project are enjoying a stint as my favourite bottoms after I tailored them. So, I decided the 2yo CK (white) jeans would be sacrificed this time. (They have developed an odd defect in the belly/crotch area - a pucker - as if some threads have been overstretched and won’t shrink back to lie flat.) Wearing the same green t-shirt retrieved from discarded t-shirts I’m collecting for a rag rug project. Skechers sneakers. (#1)
*2 days of painting in the same outfit and no splatters on the pants!!! A third coat of paint is planned for later today.
