In the course of the third painting project, my superpowers failed me and I got a splotch of paint on my white pants. Oh well. I put them in a shoe box (with the t-shirt pulled out of the rag bag) for use as painting clothes.
After the mending project on DS#2’s pj’s on Sunday, I went down the Pinterest rabbit hole of jeans repurposing, mending, and embroidery. Out came my sewing box, some 20 yo embroidery transfers, and the embroidery floss! A pleasant project that ended when I ran out of green thread! It’s like getting a tattoo! Once you’re started, it’s hard to know when to stop!
FWIW, hair woes! I don’t like to wash my (dry) hair every day, and at it’s current length curly slept on day 2 hair is NOT a good look. I give it a quick go over with the flat iron - so straight hair atm.
