WIW...another Pinterest inspiration

Can you tell which of the first two photos is me, and which is Pinterest? (#3 is me full length.) I'm having a lot of fun with my thrifted western shirt - picked up for $5.00 for a Canada Day outfit. I was surprised with the workmanship, and the fit was as perfect as could be - shoulders, arms long enough to wear unrolled. I wouldn't normally do pearls, but It's Bridge Night and I like to dress up a bit. hair was unco-operative with my styling attempts. Humidity is ++

Western shirt - thrifted
Pearls - Nordstrom (one string wrapped four times, and a single graduated string)
White jeans - RL
White loafers - Nine West
Red leather bag - Danier Leather

Love this look on you. You look festive but cool and comfortable. How is the fit and sizing on the RL jeans? I have heard it is very different from their tops but have not tried.

Joy, I believe the RL jeans fit TTS and a straighter body. I don't have a defined waist (36-30-38) and I like that the jeans (size 8) fit my hips snugly without digging into my stomach/waist. These are 98%cotton/2%lycra - so not much stretch, but I prefer my jeans that way.

RL dresses are my favourite and I do well with RL clothes in general. I sometimes wonder if the RL fit model has proportions similar to mine.

I actually prefer your shirt as the blogger's looks a bit too much like a tablecloth to me. You wear red really well and the pearls are an unexpected but nice addition.

Great look! My hair is doing the same thing as yours these days. I keep wetting it and adding conditioner (no shampoo) to weigh it down. It works for a few hours then frizzes back up.
