DH and I spent a day walking around some pretty cool shopping areas in Rotterdam and Amsterdam, during our whirl wind visit. DH has a habit of bringing very run down shoes on trips, getting shin splints, then buying new shoes abroad. This trip was no different than any other, and I feel he got the Lion's share of the shopping haul!
Inge provided a list of stores we might like to check out. We did! all of them, and more! De Bijenkorf was fun, as were the many cool boutiques on the streets crossing the Western canals.

#2 DH's haul - John Varvatos suede jacket (at a quarter of the original price!), a Tumi toiletries bag, a grey shirt (Asics), Ecco and Clark black shoes.
#3 I'm upgrading my mariner T-shirts with two by Armor Lux
#4 snapped at the flower market
#5 too tired to go out for dinner, we picked up some Gouda, grapes, salami, a baguette, and a bottle of wine and ate in!
