Previously when I wore this dress people here suggested I wear a turtle neck under it rather than the shirt I usually wear.
Not quite a turtle neck here but close.
I am not all that keen on the outfit. Feels bust flattening and waist widening. A bit better with the scarf to add some verticals. Comments and criticism welcome
