Our dinner plans for the evening shifted to meeting some friends for pizza with our toddlers so I knew there was a good chance we were in for a messy night. I threw on a red cowl-neck sweater for a pretty standard pizza-proof MOTG uniform.
I wish my gray boots had arrived - I just ordered the Treddy's in the Nordstom's half-yearly sale and (assuming they fit), I think they would have kicked this outfit up a notch. (http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/bo.....ve/3285654)
I'm glad I went with this outfit over the sweater dress I was considering - we ended up having to do lots of restless-toddler walking out in the cold and I would have been quite chilly in a dress without tights!
