Here are two outfits I wore this week to work, on Monday and Thursday (I had to stay home on Tuesday and Wednesday with a stomach bug). Both outfits feature blush, white, scarves and motos, and are based on slightly different outfit silhouettes/formulas.
Monday's outfit (#1 and #2) consists of striped multicolored Loft sweater pattern mixed with polka dot silk Express scarf, with cropped straight white C/E jeans and rose gold CH oxfords. The topper in the morning/evening was my burgundy suede NY&Co moto and I went with a tan leather bag to pick up a similar colored stripe in the sweater for a more autumnal palette. This outfit is based on my trendy outfit formula I am yet to describe: cropped straights with pattern mix on the top.
Yesterday's outfit (#s 3 and 4) was a more modern classic formula based on cropped blush James Jeans skinnies. I added a off-white silk BR sweater, pastel silk Loft scarf, pale blue leather River Island moto, same rose gold CH oxfords and off-white BR satchel. This formula is a FFBO for me that doesn't need much effort other than putting colors together, and it is very useful when you are not feeling your best, like when you are recovering from an illness.
