WIW: Workhorses - YouLookFab Forum

This is a very simple summer outfit. The top is such a great workhorse that I now have 4 in all different colours (ivory, cream, olive and chocolate). I was wearing the camo pants so much that I bought the green ones for variety. I am using my belt bag but it is off to the side and not really in view. Very useful.

Thank you, Toban! I do tend to stick with things I like. I am not sure about the polished. My pants are all wrinkly. They have never seen an iron.

What a great summer outfit. Looks like it fits the bill for hot days and cool evening. Sticking with a formula makes life so much easier ( and to those who think it can get boring- I say- nothing boring about looking good and low stress level when dressing.)

Great pants and I can see why you got the top in several colors. It's hard to find the perfect tee - neckline, fabric, and how loose or tight the item is all make a huge difference.

Meghan, the pants are so comfy and are available every year. Lots of colours. I might have to buy another pair. They have become my go to for the last few years.
Sara, tees are that fit are hard to find. I wish I had duplicated some of my old favourites. Now I am spreading out wears to preserve them.

Q: do the pants work well in winter? I like the 'jogger' style as an alternative to a cropped or rolled pants hem.

Thank you, Carla. I wouldn't call these winter pants. They are definitely for the warm weather. The material is not really thin but not nearly as thick as denim. I would like a jogger or utility style pant for winter too. They all seem to be made of lightweight material.
