when i put this on Thursday, i thought about alaska girl's recent post about workhorses. this outfit consists of my black ponte knit pants that have been a total workhorse for the past 4 or 5 years. i bought these assuming they would be a workhorse, but i'm surprised they are still such an important part of my wardrobe 4/5 years later. the sweater is a surprise, i bought it after Christmas on sale, and i think i have worn it every week since then. its warm, the color is versatile, works equally well with both black and navy. but the big question, will i still reach for it as much next winter?
i was trying to decide if it worked better with heels or flats. i'm curious which you prefer?
