Thanks to everyone who chimed in on my work party ensemble dilemma! #1/2 is what I ended up wearing - the plaid sweater, chiffon skirt and red heels. It was a pretty great party! My feet were killing me by the end - I had expected a sit down meal, but it was set up as a buffet of nibbles (sushi, fruit, deli meat and cheese, sundae bar, desserts! Oh boy.) with passed appetizers and mingling. And Foosball.
We stayed overnight and were taken by bus back to work (~2 hours) the next morning, so I took a quick snap of that outfit also (#3). In #3 I swapped my flat boots for loafers when I got to the office. Not crazy about 3 to be honest, I planned to half tuck but it just didn't look right so I went with a full tuck.
