WIW With White Jeans

Hi,

I haven't posted WIW photos in a long time, but hopefully I am getting back into the swing of things. Here are some recent outfits.

#1-White and Black
It's such an easy color combination isn't it?

#2-White and Tan
Dressing in a column of white makes layering very easy.

#3-No Black
Taking a break from black.

#4-White and Black Again
For the weekend in our 100F temps! I am one of those crazy people who rarely sport shorts, even in the heat.

Lisa! Great to see you. Looking totally fab as always! I hear you on black and white. I've been doing quite a bit of it myself. Love the color palette in #3. You've inspired me to cobble together some columns of white this week (slim pickings on white tops at the moment, but I'll see what I can manage.)

You look great - my favourites are 3 and 4. I love your blouse with your jeans and you look wonderful in the tank (I love them but am not an easy shape for them to love me back:))

I think outfit 2 would look great with the wedges in outfit 1?

So great to see you again, Lisa! You look wonderful! I especially love the white and tan and the floral blouse! I am also completely on your no-shorts in hot weather team, so I really like the tank top and pants combo you have done here. That is right up my alley!

Kellygirl-Thanks! #1 has been one of my favorite outfits this season.

Angie-Thanks! It feels good to be more active on the forum again. I am delighted to collect a couple of killers straight away with my first WIW post in a while. I am sporting white non-stop this season, I really jumped on the white train this year and I am loving every minute of it. Every time I wear white, I think of you and YLF, I never would have looked at white jeans prior to YLF. But now, those cropped jeans in #1 and #2 have been a favorite of mine all season long. And I'm super happy you think I look fit, I have been working out hard with a trainer at the bright and early hour of 5am three days a week before work, when I am not traveling.

Carter-Thanks! I hope you will share your column of white look, it makes dressing so easy on rush days.

Kiwigal/Sally-Thanks! I don't often sport a lot of skin, but a tank was a must for today's heat. And I agree, the wedges in #1 would work with the outfit in #2, I'll have to give that a try when I remix my look. Thanks for the idea!

SarahTheWhite-Thanks! It's nice to know I am not the only one who is anti-shorts. The cargo pants in #4 are really light weight, it's almost like they aren't even there.

These are a great bunch of summer looks. I like how you mix it up a fair bit with looser and slimmer silhouettes. I'm going with the column of white in #2 and the monochrome look in #4 as my faves.
