WIW White summer satchel, swimming seahorse & other random outfits

New white bag for summer--bought on sale at Kate Spade. Never had a plain all white purse before, what do you think of this version? Could be as versatile as a black purse!

1-3. DS2 picked my necklace for today. I have all my necklaces in a clear organizer hanging on the closet door and he said he really wanted me to wear this seahorse necklace. So I went with the theme and added a starfish bracelet, and a "water" dress for the seahorse to swim in. And sandy shoes and sweater.

Thanks Sara, Janet & Texstyle! Sara, the funny thing is I still have a few bags left to do for the handbag challenge, including a couple of new ones. It is amazing how long it's taking me to get through all of them, not that I have a handbag problem or anything...I did relax the rules and have been using some of my favorites (like the black studded satchel) more than once just out of necessity. And the green one I used again because it was St. Patrick's Day. I have a new hedgehog cross body that I'm trying to work in somewhere, but I'm realizing that small purses are just not practical for me. I need satchel size and up. Janet, good eye...there's usually one or two photobombers that make it into the picture. The funny thing is even my three year old says "Photo bomb!" when he comes into the picture.

Deb, I bought the Ugg lace-up ballet flats a year ago, I liked the black pair so much I bought two more pairs in blue and sand. I am using all of them a lot!

That's a beautiful bag! Love it! I tend to go to smaller bags, especially cross-body bags, but might have to pull out my larger ones and try again.

I wish I could steal (or borrow) your accessories! You look GORGEOUS in #1, Natalie. I love the dress...and I love thd bag even more! I've been wanting a white bag for a while now but I just haven't found the perfect one. Plus I worry too much about keeping white bags 'clean'....it's almost impossible in this dusty city! A single use and a white bag comes home with ugly grey & black patches that may not be easy to remove I also really like #11......very pretty!

Thanks everyone! Una, I'm going to post a polar bear clutch outfit just for you! Why aren't you wearing your snake skin shirt anymore? I tend to hang on to things forever, so I wear things like this Rae agate dress and your snakeskin shirt long after everyone else on YLF has purged them. LOL. In fact I think all of these outfits are with items that are several years old. That's why my wardrobe is so large. I haven't purged any bags either, which is the problem since I have such a handbag addiction! The one that came closest to being purged, the plain black Ralph Lauren doctor bag, I'm saving to try a bag charm look with Kate Spade ladybug and bee pompoms.

Maneera, the great thing about this white Kate Spade bag is that the leather is coated/textured so it's very firm and stain resistant. I can just wipe it off with a baby wipe. Like I was eating an orange and some of the juice squirted onto the purse and I was able to wipe it right off with a tissue. I think for my first white bag I need the kid- and klutz-proof version!

Just looked it up. Hedgehogs eat insects, snails, snakes, lizards, worms. Some ideas for your accessories.
