I am off to run a bunch of errands including a quick trip to the lab, and I decided to wear my white straight J Brand jeans. I am shamelessly copying Suz's outfit from today:
http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....osition-22 and Angie's earlier one:
http://youlookfab.com/2013/02/.....in-winter/The jeans are quite big on me (they are from my happier weight period) but ironically look more current due to their looseness. I have sadly made a shopping semi-mistake with my Snow Leopard SE booties, I should have gotten the snake print as it is more subtle. I love them and they are super comfortable, but it is a lot of leopard, too much for my lab. So I am only wearing them outside of it, or, like tonight, when nobody else will be there. I have come to realize that, in order to pull really eye catching finishes on shoes in my lab, like leopard or mirrored metallics, the shoe needs to be open - some skin is needed to break that pattern. So, no silver mirrored oxfords for me, as much as I like the idea. Same finish in a ballet flat might be better.
As always, all the suggestions are welcome!
