I was so pleased yesterday as my new bootees arrived. Thank you so much Angie for the inspiration. I have gone completely out of my comfort zone and bought the white Kyle and Jenner versions that Angie has and suggested in a recent post.

I wasn't sure at first, and I got a sideways look from DH. But, I put them on this morning and I am delighted. And he likes them too.

I popped out to have my nails done and wore my white jeans (rescued from the back of my wardrobe!), and my light blue / green Zara jacket from last year.

I think it will shift my weekend wardrobe to brights, which will be refreshing!
