WIW: what to wear spring 2016

Crops, high vamp shoes, wild cards - check

What I love most here? The top half: the COS pleated top, the cropped Pilco jean jacket, and yes, the scarf (scarf and top are my wild cards - shoes too, actually). Plus, the pants (old JCrew straight ankle pants) fit. Hallelujah.

Does the outfit work? Does the scarf work this time?

Wonderful look. You look chic, but approachable. Those shoes are a standout! I'm a scarf person 100%, so of course I love yours.

Colette, I have worn the shoes for an hour now and they are comfy.

I plan to get through to 9pm in them (sitting and standing, minimal walking) but have my sneakers with me to walk back to the hotel. I will let you know at the end of the evening.

Fabulous, Vivian! You look wonderful. There is something about a denim jacket with a column of navy. I have my own favourite version of this look with my Zara sarong shorts. But that pleated top is pretty. Love the scarf with this outfit.

So cute!! Love it And I really , really like the scarf styled this way. That COS top is interesting - I like the way you've paired a dressy top with denim and a scarf - must copy that look. I think this is a very relatable look and one that your panel of women will feel comfortable with . Lipstick and hair on point too (ugh, I imagine my daughter cringing at me trying use a cool word).
