I'm not sure this even passes for business casual but this is my typical work wear minus my orange safety vest. Bonus pic of weekend casual with and without Oreo.

1. Angie's ensemble. I loved this and will definitely play with this idea again.
2. Weekend casual.
3. FFBO
4. Trying to get the cardigan back in rotation
5. Feel like this looked better IRL. Not sure I should fully tuck. Ever. Lower rise jeans looked worse. On the fence about this look.
6. Green cords with draped top.
7. Close up of 6 to show detail.
8. Friday super casual. Stompy
Boots for the rain. After looking at these pics--going to retire this jeans

It's been fun seeing everyone's work outfits. I'm thinking I need to step it up a bit!

You have a great casual wardrobe. What you wear is pretty close to what I like to wear to work too (although I am a little less stompy ;-)).
I really like all the outfits with knit tops.
And your footwear collection is the best.

I think these all look great. I like the drapey top and stomps boots. And the plaid with pearls is fun. I know what you mean about tucking, I feel the same way, but I don't think that looks bad at all.

I was just thinking that I find a difference between business casual and work casual. Like not every workplace and department therein is doing 'business,' if that makes sense. Like supply chain maybe does business, but doc management doesn't...

I love the cute daisy sweatshirt -- I find super casual so hard to do well, and you knock it out of the park here! Love the retro/new again layering in #1, and I love the fully tucked shirt with bootcuts -- it has an updated 70's vibe that is so pleasing and crisp!

My favorite is your accessory in #3! Hi Oreo! Really, all of your outfits look great, especially the plaid with pearls in #1 and the drapey top in #7/8. I also see no reason to retire the jeans, and I think you look good with your shirt tucked. But I get how you feel about it - all too often I don't like the tucked look for myself, I often think the proportions look off, like I've been cut in two. I don't think you look that way here though.

#I is awesome. What color are the boots? They look grey or navy, maybe. I also like #2 a lot. That's a cute top, and cute outfit overall. Oh wait #3 is better accessorized! #8 is intriguing with the folds.

These outfits are all really great, I especially love the crisp look of the white striped shirt and jeans which are perfect for that sort of look. Oreo is a real cutie!

All of these show that you have a really good way with deciding when to belt, tuck or semi tuck - and it adds a lot to the polish of casual outfits. And Oreo is such a lucky little girl.
