WIW: warm vanilla sugar - YouLookFab Forum

Yesterday after work, I dropped by to see my Jade for a bit before I headed home to clean up and eat before a 12 step meeting. I took my shower and used my Native coconut & vanilla body wash. I got out of the shower and used some Wild Madagascar Vanilla lotion. I smelt so warm and delicious that I went all in and threw together an outfit that I'm calling "warm vanilla sugar" to head to the meeting. I felt a bit ridiculous and completely fabulous.

The coat is real fur, bought vintage at goodwill because the color was scrumpdillyicious. I would never have dreamed of a fur coat entering my closet (because maintenance and storage), but the color and texture on this one are amazing.

That sweater sheds little bits of rose gold tinsel everywhere and IDC IDC IDC IDC because it's a fun sweater and I'm having a blast with it.

Second hand fur is more environmentally friendly than faux fur, so props for wearing and enjoying this beautiful coat. I am feeling a bit conflicted about my faux fur jackets, but I seriously love the texture of faux fur.

Allow me to be the chocolate to your vanilla - I just bought a pair of dark brown satin cargo pants & this look gives me the inspiration to wear them outside of just 'going out' occasions!

I love vanilla, though - it's my favourite ice cream flavour & I have a discontinued vanilla perfume for which I'm trying to find a replacement before it finishes. No luck though, since I like vanilla because it's light but find that most vanilla perfumes are paired with a heavy musk.
