These are blazers 7 and 8 of 9 in my jacket challenge. It's been unseasonably warm these couple of days, so I am taking advantage by wearing things like lace tights and jeans full of big holes.
1: WIW Monday 12.03.12 - This denim blazer is probably the least worn of the 9 jackets, and I was a little worried that it might be an orphan. I like the style and fit though. I realized that it doesn't get worn as much because I really, really hate denim on denim, even if the colors are different, and almost all my pants are jeans. So I think I just need to make an effort to wear it with skirts and dresses, like I have done here. The striped dress is actually strapless so it needs a jacket (or a top layered underneath) anyway.

2+3: WIW today 12.04.12 - I wanted to try a juxtaposition of my super casual, ripped up jeans and Docs with a more dressy blazer. What do you think? I like how the peplum of the jacket looks with the long shirttails sticking out under it!
