WIW: Tweed jacket and jeans

This is kind of dumb: I wore this for our monthly meeting this morning. I drove over to our chapter house and no one was there. I forgot the meeting was at a casino with a luncheon following. Which casino? I have no idea! So I went home, changed, and plan to do some much needed yard cleanup. Win win!

WIW: My new-to-me AT tweed jacket, graphic tee from Kohl's ($7.50), Levi's curvy fit jeans, Dansko sandal clogs (dyed by me), and my newish seatbelt bag.

Love that jacket and hadn't commented last time you wore it so glad I get a chance now. Great with the silver shoes. I have no idea what a chapter is. I only know about chapters in books.
And there is only one casino in our city. I wish there weren't any. Too many gambling addictions and laundering of dirty money.I couldn't have said I didn't know which one!

Great driving outfit! I have done similar, sort of, finding myself wondering where I am supposed to be heading and unsure, because I start daydreaming. I can usually figure it out before I have travelled too far off course. I work for three different agencies. So far I have landed at the wrong one only one time in the past twenty years!

Jenni, thanks! I agree, casinos are gross. We have quite a few in town. Once I was meeting a couple of fabbers including Deb, I wandered thru one. The dealers tried to get me to come over to their tables. I said I was local and instantly they stopped. They know how bad gambling addictions are. The organization I belong to is national, with chapters all over the country. We are a nonprofit, with ten or more programs for the less fortunate in our community. I volunteer in the food pantry for low income seniors, and also in the thrift store where we raise quite a lot of money for all the programs.
