@Indigoprint: The boots in both outfits are these navy Franco Sartos. They are bulkier than I prefer, as are these mega sparkly ones that I am wearing today. I also added the Miz Mooz boots which I also believe come in navy and are less bulky but a bit squat.

I am slowly learning that boots are the way I need to go when the temperatures are below 60, but that I can wear my normal socks and shoes above 60.
