First time with a jacket
. Lyn D suggested this when I showed it last time.

I forgot the belt!

The jacket doesn't actually stay fastened (ETA pic 4)

Would love comments and criticism particularly on whether the jacket is a good combo and if the necklace works

ETA Pic 3 for Mani because she wanted to see my bag.It was my Mum's, but she hadn't used it, and I feel a bit let down because it is looking shabby after only 2 1/2 months.

Anne, I do hope you know just how gorgeous you are This looks lovely. The colour of the dress is beautiful and the jacket creates a lovely silhouette. You look TOTALLY fab.

Pretty dress Anne. It's a lovely colour for you and has nice design details at the neckline and in the box pleating. I don't think the necklace adds to the outfit, I think the dress can stand alone given that you are wearing glasses.
The jacket is great but I am not sure about it here. I think I'd prefer a closer cropped topper to balance the full skirt.

You look great in the dress, and that color! The jacket seems fine if you can get it to stay as in pic 2. I have the same problem with jackets that it tends to stay like in pic 4.

The necklace is gorgeous with the dress. If you wear it, I'd go for a more simpler streamlined jacket instead of a cascading one.

This colour is lovely on you, Anne. And each piece is great. I agree with Lantana that it can go without the necklace and that the dress would ideally be paired with a shorter jacket to balance the full skirt. But sometimes we have to make do with what is there, and in the meantime, you have these lovely fresh colours.
