WIW today - a second take on Angie's soft masculine outfit

Today's outfit was inspired by Angie's soft masculine outfit for the second time. While the first time I tried to stay as close as possible to the original, this time I ventured a bit away. The outfit is even more masculine with oxfords instead of wedges, and I tried to counteract that with a very girly color for blazer.

This is the new Tinley Road raspberry knitted blazer I posted about a while ago, and I really like it! I have decided that it is a keeper without even posting a K/R and wore it pretty much as soon as it arrived. The little pooffinnes of the sleeves does not bother me at all.

I love the new blazer! The raspberry is the perfect complement to these muted grey shades and I can see the color working with a lot of your clothes.

How long would you say this blazer is compared to the H&M knit blazer? I was interested in it (in cobalt) but was worried it would be too long on me. The H&M one was a good length on me, but for example, the Zara knit blazer I tried on yesterday is too long.

I have good news - it is certainly shorter than the H&M blazer! The H&M one is the same length at the hem, while this one is shorter at the back and has slightly pointed tips at the front. I would say that at the back it is about 3" shorter than the H&M one, and longest front point is about 3/4 " shorter.

I'm glad you ignored me and got that blazer. It's fantastic on you and does not look as poofy as I thought it would from the Piperlime photo. I want one now - what do you think of the canary yellow for me? (sorry to hijack)
