WIW to work this week 9/20-9/95

Monday - Black shift dress with off-white zip jacket, black shift dress, off white cut out booties. DH didn't like the outfit - this outfit got crazy compliments at work from the students - they loved it. I was doing something new to me and wearing my jacket closed based on some advice I got from a stylist about me and jackets. I am crushing hard on my booties and I know black would look more polished. Still trying to figure out different ways to wear them.

Tuesday - Blue top and black ponte skirt

Wednesday - Black boyfriend jacket, grey pants and a super old top. Loving on my new toffee booties in this outfit.

Thursday - No picture - big presentation - boring black suit

Friday - I think I did my white jeans right this week- taking a hint from Angie and doing red, white and toffee. Again another outfit the students loved to pieces.

As always all feedback including critiques appreciated.

Great outfits! I think you look fab in 2 and 3 with the pencil skirt and the tapered pants, the fit is very flattering.
Maybe the pencil skirt is not as comfortable when you sit, that is what I find with mine, but it looks great.

More lovely looks. You pick colours that suit you. I particularly like the scarf in your hair in 4, it really looks great and balances the outfit.

It's hard to pick a favorite! My only critique is I wish there was something a touch brighter in pic 3, but it's a great outfit just as it is.

I kinda plan in advance. Kinda in the sense that I think about the key pieces I want to wear during the week.
So for next week - I have already picked a jacket, dress, sweater and top I want to make sure I work with and wear.

Funny on head wraps - So my hair was funky last week and every day I wore a silk scarf head wrap to work so in outfit number 3 I had a bright head wrap in. I forgot to keep getting them in my pictures until Friday. I got such a positive response to them that they may become a signature look at work to add color to outfits.
