It was still summer, but I always freeze in movie theaters, so I dressed warmer and took a jacket with me. And my question is: was tying my too-long belt on a good idea, or was the outfit better without?
Jacket: Smart Set. New for $7.50. They had cut the lining of the sleeves too long, which made the hems gap and no one would buy it. At that price, I did, and hand-sewed a pleat in the sleeve linings. :o)
T-shirt: Cynthia Rowley. See Aida, I do bright colours sometimes... ;o)
Belt: Ardene. You can't see it with this crappy focus, but it's studded. Go Granny go!
Jeans: Reitman's
Shoes: Aldo
Bracelet: hubby's drawer. Seriously. His mother bought him a chunky 18k gold bracelet years ago, blissfully ignoring the fact he hates bling. He has never worn it once. So I requisitioned it. He didn't even recognize it, but laughed when he found out. I guess I've got it on permanent loan now.
I've normally been wearing silver jewelry with pink, but that day I went gold instead and rather liked the warmer effect.
