Hey Janet, were you at the 1:30 show?

I had to find something to wear to a movie, an early dinner, and a double bill rock concert. It was quite a day. I wore a linen BR tee, Pilcro distressed jeans, and my newest sneakers from Skechers. Very comfy!

I had a video tape of SMS back in the day, and wore it out. The new version is so clear and so amazing at the IMAX. My companion told me that David Byrne managed (in 1982!) to record it digitally, which is why they were able to refresh and renew the sound so magically. And they all look like teenagers.

Then we went for pizza at a brewery in the city owned by Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick, and onward to see the Psychedelic Furs and Squeeze at Chicago's massive new venue, The Salt Shed. Formerly the Morton Salt warehouse.

An amazing day, and I took the picture after midnight, so I'm a little sweaty.
