I had the most beautiful day at UCLA this past Saturday at an "Awake in the Wild" experience with Mark Coleman, where we enjoyed a wonderful day of meditation outside in nature. We were instructed to "layer" our clothing since we would be sitting silently outside and enjoying the scenery around us.
1 Vicki, Carla and Stacy at the end of the day (my "layers" were off by this time, but earlier I'd been wearing a cream fisherman's sweater).
2 Sweet beginnings from my friend, Stacy, who made us each a little breakfast for the morning and served us tea in the car as we drove up from Orange County.
3 Mark Coleman, formerly of Northern England and now a resident of Northern California at the start of the day. He was quite dapper in his black turtleneck, zip sweater, coated dark brown blazer and low profile black Converse sneakers (Imagine my surprise when I saw that he and I were the only two wearing them that day; mine were sage green.)
4 I love my trees!
5 I literally touched this clover. I loved the cute little white flower, too. Yes, and I also hugged a tree. ^_^
