The Field Museum of Chicago recently hosted an evening of Pure House Music. I was invited to go and dance the night away from 8p.m. until 2a.m. It was a beautiful evening of being able to rejoice in the rhythm of dance. So for my first post I thought I would share what I wore to the event.

To House is to Dance to Jack your body to Music with a thumping base of music layered on top of music on top of music.

1- Sue the T. Rex
2- The Field Museum
3- Clearer pic of Sue
4- a selfie notice the bird on top of the mohawk. Lol(I did not plan that pic)
5- the outfit I wore wide-leg denim jeans (I love these I had them tailored to fit in the waist and hemmed at the leg). The top is a lovely design and print. The cuffs of the top I cut from a jean jacket. Jewelry I tried to keep simple but impactful and of course everything came from thrifting.

6. Was my wonderful best friend who motivated me to leave the house.
