Last minute invitation to a preview dinner for local business owners the night before the cowboy saloon reopens for the season. Taught the waitress to pronounce merlot and cabernet, not something you learn growing up in a small Utah town.
Was 3 stops overdressed. One of our county officials was wearing capris and a t-shirt. Men in dress straw cowboy hats and big buckles. Oh well, I haven't had a chance to practice my YLF chops in a month, so I wore what I wanted. First time in a dress in like four years. This is the one I forgot I had. Vintage hat from EBay. Lapis was a gift from DH. New purse, but not right for this. I like the coral color, but not the rest of it, but nothing better (yet) in the closet. And GF, get some hose or self-tanner! Hose would have been over-the-top for that venue. I didn't realize I'm getting such a farmers tan until I saw the photos. New chef, food was good, live music starts tonight, so maybe I'll get out a few times this summer.
