We went to see our community theater's production of Next to Normal, a rock musical about mental illness. It sounds like a downer, but it was actually very moving. I almost cried.
It's been super hot here (29 days over 90, and 100 yesterday), so I wore a denim skirt, striped top, and red Bernardo sandals. I added a small red drawstring bag. My toe is still broken, but feeling pretty good. It's been 2 1/2 weeks. The top was too warm. The AC was not fierce enough.
Bonus shot of pattern mixing and ombre. It's hard to tell, but the shorts are striped, and of course the top is ombre. Pewter Bernardo sandals because of my poor toe.
