WIW to Book Club Tea Celebration

My book club celebrates the holiday season with a high tea. We went to the Jefferson Hotel in D.C. It was a lovely celebration, lovely conversation, yummy goodies.

Love, love, love the jacket on you! I like the pointy toe shoes. Are they comfy?

My only suggestion would be either a pop of color with accessories, but then I do like the classic gold of the bangle and necklace.

My favorite piece is the jacket, it is a really nice cut. The colours work well with your hair. I agree with Thistle, some contrasting colour could have been put in somewhere, but it does look really good as is.

Perfect for a book club. You look crisp and intelligent, but the details -- the back of the jacket and the shoes, particularly, add some real flair.

love the fit of the jacket and pants. i like the blue tee, and i suspect that in person, the blue is more vivid and has a greater impact than the picture.

You look great! Love the shoes! We have some places in Minnesota (or at least one place that i know of) that does high tea. My MIL went and it sounded so fun!
