Even though I'm a jeans and pants person, I do like a skirt on a hot day. Yes, I know "hot" is relative, but I was feeling like some air conditioning as I headed out for an afternoon of errand running.

NY & Co. blouse (inspired by Amyreh)
Yellow sunglasses-print skirt (purchased from a store on El Paseo, in Palm Desert eons ago)
Metallic belt received in YLF clothing swap this past weekend (previous owner unknown)
Metallic shoes by Alfani (Angie "pick" and so comfortable)
Turquoise beaded necklace (gift of a former student and current friend)
Cream Aldo purse (another Angie "selection")
Kate Spade aviator-style magnifier sunglasses...love them and I got them on sale!

I am just like you - normally prefer pants, but there is nothing like a skirt when it is scorching outside.

Well, you are the coolest lass in So. Cal. if you ask me! You look wonderful in this ladylike skirt and I love how you've paired it with such a beautiful flowy blouse and then added that printed belt. Your fun sandals, fab bag and sunnies are the icing on the cake.
